AM Northwest KATU TV- cooking segment / Vegan & Gluten free Hamentaschen

This is a great recipe of gluten free and vegan Hamentaschen. My advice to you when trying this recipe, is to not let the dough rest, and use it right away, (try to not let it sit out or be left in a refrigerator). In the cooking segment, the dough was set outside for a while, got dried a bit, and therefore was easily breaking while making it. (so don't repeat Enjoy and Happy Purim!🍴🍷
