What is your shipping policy?

We ship our products worldwide.

DOMESTIC

The cheapest way to ship is via Media Mail, and there are numerous other ways to ship via USPS, FedEx and UPS (ground, next day air, etc.)

INTERNATIONAL

Global shipping is available when you purchase either via Amazon or eBay.  Prices vary by country, shipping method and weight. 

 

Are your RECIPES gluten free?

Most of the recipes you will find in the book are gluten free (GF) or can be easily transformed into GF.

 

How do I order wholesale?

Please contact me directly for wholesale orders and/or to become a Stockist.

 

soaking techniques

Many of the recipes in my blog/book call for "soaking beans overnight/drain/cook. To soak, means taking a large mixing bowl, adding the beans, cover with plenty of water, letting the beans to soak the waterand by that, shortening the cooking time later on. After soaking overnight on the counter, drain the beans and cook in water and about a teaspoon of salt or more. Then the beans are ready to be incorporated in the different recipes. It is a simple but an important step.

 

 

NO CHICKEN BASE / VEGETABLE BASE?

I use those bases in my recipes to add more flavor to soups and entrees. It is mainly made out of spices that have been concentrated into a paste. Typically between a teaspoon and a tablespoon will be enough, depending on taste. You can always use vegetables broth instead. I prefer the base.
