Homemade Nutella

Skip the processed chocolate spreads in the store and simply make your own. Avoid unhealthy oils, preservatives, and tons of sugar. This recipe is a game-changer for sure! A healthy chocolate spread? yes! and so good! Ridiculously easy to make with ingredients that you can keep in your pantry at all times.

You can use the spread to make my Chocolate Roulade, or you can spread it on a toast, pancake, and even on a piece of apple. 🍏 🍎

Ingredients:

2 cups hazelnut flour

1 cup raw cacao

1 cup pure maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Directions:

Add all the ingredients to a strong blender (such as a Vitamix) and blend until smooth.

Store in a jar in the refrigerator.
