Gluten-Free Seeds Crackers

keeping it gluten-free, vegan , healthy and tasty, sometimes can be a challenge.

But I think I got you covered!

10 minutes to make the crackers and about an hour in the oven, not bad.

You’ll need just one mixing bowl and stir it all together. Can’t get any easier than that.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup chia seeds

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup sesame seeds

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup water

Directions:

Heat oven to 350F.

Take a baking sheet and line with a parchment paper.

Take a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients. mix to combine.

Let it sit for 10 minutes until all the water have been soaked into the mixture. (the chia mainly)

Next, pour the mixture onto the baking sheet and use a spatula to flattened it to a thin layer as possible.

Bake for about 35 minutes, let it cool slightly, then break the crackers with your hand, and flip to the other side and bake for another 20 minutes. Until golden brown.

Let it cool down, then store in an air tight container.
