Gluten-Free Beer Bread

Ingredients:

3 cups gluten-free flour blend (such as Bob’s Red Mill one to one)

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

1 bottle of gluten-free beer

Topping:

+olive oil

+nigella seeds / sesame seeds

Directions:

Heat oven to 350 F.

Take a loaf pan and spray with olive oil.

In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix just until combined. (Don’t over mix otherwise the bread can turn out too dense.)

Pour into the baking pan. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle some nigella seeds.

Bake in the oven for about 50-60 minutes until golden brown.

Let it cool down completely before slicing. Store the slices in a ziplock bag and toast before serving.
