Date Syrup (Soft) Biscotti
Those yummy, no added-sugar biscotti, you can make soft or hard like the traditional ones.
They are good either way. By "Soft", I mean that I didn't double baked it after slicing.
I did mine soft and it is so delicious! You can toast it before you eat, and spread your favorite jam, and it is just heaven! Simple recipe. Just a few ingredients. Healthy and gluten free. I think it's a good one. Even as a grab-n-go snack or with your coffee. Satisfying your sweet-tooth with a healthy and guilt free snack.
