Twix Bar

Sweet and salty perfection that is totally worth the effort

Twix was definitely one of my favorite chocolate treats before going dairy-free.
Recreating this recipe into vegan and gluten-free made it totally NEXT LEVEL. It is truly a wonderful treat to keep in your fridge for when you are craving something sweet. Loaded with protein and better than any store-bought energy bar for sure!

In addition, this will be an amazing Valentine's Day treat. You can use a heart-shaped cookie-cutter to make it extra special ❤️

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Let it cool down. Set aside.

Take a glass bowl and add all the ingredients. Pulse in the microwave 30 seconds at a time until melted.

Pour over the caramel layer. Place in the fridge until set.

Slice into bar size or bite size pieces.

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for a longer term or in the fridge for up to three weeks/ 1 month.
