Growing up in the 80's, I was introduced to the first vegan corn schnitzel in Israel. There was a factory that made all type of soy based patties, but I believe that the corn schnitzel was the most popular one. It was my favorite lunch! I never liked meat even as a kid and I always preferred the vegan option.
I recreated a recipe that will bring back memories, good memories:)
It is super kids friendly! along with an Israeli salad, you are all set.
