Olive oil in a cake? YES! we all tend to use olive oil only in savory dishes, but surprisingly it works so well with (SWEET) baking! especially this cake! So delicious and moist. If you are skeptical just like I was before I tried this recipe...You have to try making it. It is truly one of my favorite cakes. I chose to garnish the cake with beautiful edible flowers, and made it look summery, colorful and appetizing. I promise you that it tastes as good as it looks or even better!
