Nog Almond Milk Bread Pudding

My husband's favorite dessert is bread pudding. When we eat out, and it is on the menu, I know he'll order it every single time:) so why not make him happy if I can? And a bit healthier too if possible?

Such a simple recipe that goes a long way. Hard to believe that there are no eggs involved and the outcome is nothing less than amazing! The nog almond milk is pretty sweet, so no need to add more sweetness, it is truly a wonderful breakfast to prepare for your guests on Christmas morning. You can prepare everything the night before, and bake it in the morning. The house will get filled with wonderful scents of cinnamon and spice from the nog.  Simple dish to make and a great way to impress your guests.
