Spinach Ranch Dipping Sauce

This is a fabulous dipping sauce that is packed with iron and protein. Very flavorful and colorful:)

You are in control of the quality of ingredients and the amount of sodium you feed your body.

Home made version is always the best option,  no preservatives or chemicals.

Ingredients:

1 cup silken tofu

1 cup fresh spinach

1 tablespoon dry parsley

2 teaspoons garlic powder

2 teaspoons onion powder

1 tablespoon vinegar

Salt

Pepper

Topping:

Green onions

 

Directions:

In a food processor add all the ingredients. Process until smooth and creamy.

Serve with your favorite vegetable, or as a salad dressing. 

Keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
