Vegan Cheesy Bites
Cheesy bites are an amazing complement to any wintry soup. My kids love to dip them in soup.
It is so wonderful that just a few ingredients can create these lovely, crunchy bites.
They are super flavorful and yummy!
You can't go wrong! Crunchy on the outside and moist in the inside. Perfection!
2 packages (8 oz each) tofutti herb & chives cream cheese
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
Nigella seeds or sesame seeds
Heat oven to 375°
Take a mixing bowl or a food processor and mix all the ingredients together to a smooth and even texture.
Take a mini muffin pan and spray with olive oil. Create 12 evenly sized bites, sprinkle with nigella seeds and bake for about 20-30 minutes.
