Chia chocolate Pudding

Chia is considered a superfood for its vast health benefits, so I try to incorporate it into much of my daily cooking. This chia pudding looks very elegant, and if you only knew how easy it is to make it, you would want to make it everyday....

Not only is it great for breakfast but it's also a wonderful dessert to surprise your guests with! 

It is a good no-bake and no-hassle dessert. Who doesn't love that?

 

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons chia seeds

1 cup vanilla soy milk or almond milk

3 teaspoons agave

1 teaspoon cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 

 

Directions:

Take a mason jar and put all the ingredients into it. Let it soak overnight. It's ready! You can warm it up for one minute in the microwave and have a very nutritious breakfast. Or you can have it served as a dessert in small shot glasses. Decorate with dried coconut.
