Stuffed Artichoke Hearts

Stuffed artichoke hearts are elegant to serve, great as an appetizer and easy to make. This dish has a delicate flavor and a lovely texture--crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.

 

Ingredients:

1 package of frozen and thawed artichoke hearts 8 oz / 226 g or marinated artichoke hearts jar

3/4 cup panko bread crumbs

2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

3 green onions, chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil

+Salt

+Pepper

Olive oil spray

 

Directions:

Heat oven to 375 F

Take a baking sheet and line with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl add the breadcrumbs, nutritional yeast, chopped onion, salt, pepper and the olive oil. Mix well.

Take a spoonful of the filling and firmly press it into the artichoke hearts. Place the stuffed artichokes on the baking sheet. Spray the top with olive oil and bake for about 15 minutes, until the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
