Smoky Mayo

This recipe is super easy, full of flavor, and an upgrade to any sandwich.

This is also paired well with marinaded tofu, your favorite subtitute protein, or with a juicy vegan hamburger.

You can also use this smoky mayo as a kick to lift up your salad dressing.

 

Ingredients:

1 cup vegenaise- (vegan mayonnaise)

1 tablespoon smoked paprika

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon agave

Salt

 

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl, and keep in a container in the fridge. Spread on your favorite bread, or enjoy with the perfect vegan hamburger.
