Parsley Pear Salad

Parsley is one of the healthiest greens around. It is loaded with vitamins such as Vitamin K, C, and B12. It is very good to boost your immune system. Not only is it good for you, but is also so delicious! Goes well with nuts and pear ! Perfect combination! Great for a refreshing summer lunch. Check it out:

 

Ingredients:

1 bunch of flat leaf parsley,  chopped

1 bunch of curly parsley, chopped

1 pear, thinly cubed

1/4 cup sunflower seeds

1/4 cup candied walnuts, chopped

Dressing:

Juice of 1/2 lemon

2 teaspoons agave

3 teaspoons olive oil

Salt

Pepper

 

Directions:

In a bowl add all the salad ingredients.

In another bowl mix all the dressing ingredients. Pour the dressing over the salad, mix and serve.
