Broccolini Topped With Vegan Parmesan
This is such a hit! You'll try it once and you'll get addicted! It is so easy, so delicious and so nutritious!
My kids love it on their steamed Broccolini, on top of pasta, or on top of any dish. It adds so much flavor! Try it for yourself:
1 cup raw cashews
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1.5 teaspoons salt
In a food processor add cashews, nutritional yeast and salt.
Pulse until the texture becomes fine like sand.
Keep in an air tight container in the fridge and top your favorite steamed vegetable or pasta with it. So much better than the real thing.
