Tahini oatmeal cookies

Looking for something sweet but nutritious? This is it--best cookies ever! No sugar or oil added, just super good ingredients that create a crunchy, yummy treat!

 

Ingredients:

1 cup tahini paste

1 cup maple syrup

3/4 cup sweetened coconut flakes

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 

3 cups oats

1 cup chopped walnuts

 

Directions:

Heat oven to 375F.

Take a baking sheet and spray with oil.

In a bowl add tahini paste and maple syrup.In another bowl add coconut flakes, oats, cinnamon, and walnuts.

Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, and mix well. Take an ice cream scooper and create evenly sized cookies. Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
