Breakfast favorite oatmeal

I get asked a lot about my oatmeal breakfast recipe. After years of eating toast with cottage cheese and jam, I realized how bad it was for me. My digestive system was not right, and after making the change, I feel a lot better. It completely changed my life. If you experience problems with your digestive system, try this as a morning breakfast. Together with a cup of tea, water, and even coffee,  You'll see the change pretty quickly. It is very tasty and filling. The crunch from the nuts and the sweetness from the cranberries and agave is divine! You'll love it!

 

Ingredients:

1/4 cup steal cut oats or old fashioned oats

1/2 cup boiling water

1 teaspoon chia seeds

3-4 halves chopped walnuts

1 tablespoon dry cranberries

Honey roasted almonds slices

1 teaspoon agave

Cinnamon 

 

Directions:

I like to prepare it the night before.

In a mason jar, add the oats, chia seeds, and boiling water.

The next day, re-heat in the microwave for 1 minute, mix, and add more water if necessary. Especially if you like yours more liquidy.

Add walnuts, cranberries, almonds, agave and cinnamon.
