Dates and chocolate vegan desert
Chocolate is definitely one of the best deserts there are that everybody loves!
To end dinner with a sweet yet healthy dessert, I go for this crunchy and chocolatey treat--it can't get better than that!!
Super dense, decadent, and gourmet!
1 package of baking pitted dates 13 oz/375gr
1 package of semi sweet chocolate 8oz/226gr
Zest and juice of 2 oranges
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon agave nectar
1 tablespoon almond milk
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup sweetened coconut flakes
1 cup chopped graham crackers
Sesame seeds for sprinkle
In a sauce pan add all the ingredients except the walnuts and the graham crackers.
Stir constantly on low heat until completely combine.
Add the walnuts and the graham crackers and mix.
Sprinkle the bottom dish with sesame seeds, and also the top.
Pour into a mold of your choice, and refrigerate or freeze.
I used a 4.5"x11" dish- just layer with plastic wrap, so that it won't stick. When it's set you can slice thin pieces and serve.
