Breakfast Green Shake

Super easy and delicious way to consume your daily vitamins in the most natural way. This is so indulging. Great treat if you have all the ingredients handy. It's very refreshing filling, and quick for a morning breakfast. Check it out:



yield: 2 servings

1 frozen banana

1 stalk of celery

1 teaspoon fresh turmeric root

Juice of 1/2 a lemon

1 tablespoon of fresh mint leaves

1/2 cup of kale

Small pear

1/2 cup almond milk

Ice - optional



Blend all the ingredients in a blender and drink immediately.
